Operation Worthy Cause

Veterans carry the scars of service for life. Often the scar tissue makes for better products and services. Below are some veteran owned businesses I recommend. None of these businesses paid for, or even solicited my shout out. I hope they don’t mind.

Charlie Mike Productions – Red does amazing work with the camera. If you are looking for a videographer or photographer in Northern Colorado, Charlie Mike Productions is a 1st Round Draft Choice.

HLC 3D Impressions

HLC Productions – Herman is a genius with 3D printers and creates some of the best military gifts I have ever seen. HLC ships worldwide and is responsive as a well trained tank crew.

Pilot Ball Caps.com

PilotBallCaps.com – Mike makes great noggin lids to show your aviation enthusiasm. Mike is a guy who will move mountains to help people.

Red Leg Brewing

Red Leg Brewing – If you are in the Colorado Springs area, you need to swing by this amazing place. It will transport you to the camaraderie of the FOB, but without the incoming mortar fire.

Spring Mills Depot – Model railroad and military modeling enthusiasts, this is a must visit veteran owned business. If you want to model trainloads of Abrams or post 1980 US Army armor, you need the correct flat cars and Bill’s Spring Mills Depot is the only one I know of who has made the DODX flatcars specifically designed for the heavy M1 Abrams tanks.

Bill’s customer service is top shelf and the quality of product is impeccable. Again, this is the only place I know to get the DODX cars.

There are many more veterans who deserve a shout out for their business and this list will update as I go. Some fellow warriors have already achieved magnificent success and my shout out doesn’t mean as much (Nine Line Apparel and other household names).
